I was so fortunate to see The Bob Seger System many times in the 70’s !! 🔥🌺💐🍃❣️🍃💐🌺🔥
Anyone got the 33 rpm record, 45 rpm record, reel to reel or acetate record of this??
First saw Bob in 1967 at Mother's Teenage Nightclub in East Tawas Michigan. We talked between sets! A true Michigander!
Um agys
The first concert I ever attended was Bob Seger. It was early 70’s. 3 dollars. I was hooked on music. His band were incredible. That was his best period. He wasn’t a pop sensation yet. They worked for their pay.
Nothing in rock and roll is more driving than this.
In that concert that night, he forgot the words to Born to Run, but the audience helped him regain his bearings.
My band is covering this version.
WOW! I didn't think could even really attempt this classic! Bob smashes it! Tina would approve!
Rip Tina Turner
Yes. I was there.
The best Bob Seger song!
I wish often that Bob would release videos of his recordings. The planet need this. ❤️
I love this song & the Mongrel album. I found it back in the day in a store in Jackson Michigan.
Me too. Jackson. Bob Seger, Nugent, Brownsville, MC5, Stooges Third Power SRV Rock On
Love to see the video!
Seven is one of the best Seger albums IMO!
😎 lovin us some Bob in Texas USA 2022 🇺🇸

In my Seger playlist with original classic. Thanks for the upload!
DOS GRANDISIMOS. QUE BUENOS SOIS LOS DOS.
I was at this show! I don't remember much about it, but I do remember I was sitting somewhere behind the stage and I was relatively close to Seger. I remember thinking he had a really bad haircut and, looking at this photo, I can see my memory does not lie.
To the person who posted this recording. Thank you! I had 5th row seats stage front and couldn't attend this show. Heard about this moment and finally heard it after 40 and one half years.
Silver Bullet Band = Greatest Of All Time
Hahahahahahahaha! 😂😂😂😂😂
Pep Perrine on drums here . There was no better drummer than Pep. Pep married a girlfriend of mine. Not long after I introduced Pep g to my girlfriend Marlana. I like this rendition than any other
I was there. I thought the roof was going to come off the place.
I saw the early Seger many times with Pep Perrine on the kit and the late, great Dan Honaker on bass. The energy was incredible, something he never duplicated with Silver Bullet.
Due grandissimi miti!!per una bellissima canzone!!!😍😍😍🤩🤩🤩😘🎸🎸🎷🎶💎💯💯
Does anyone know if that picture is from the old Detroit stadium?
It is
no
This tho... real type shiiiit
My wife and I were at that show in Ann Arbor. We had main floor seats and my wife pointed out Seger sitting near us before he headed backstage. We're going to see Seger tonight in Philly. Hoping to catch lightning in a bottle and see a "special guest" join him on stage. Rumson's only 90 miles from Philly.
Listen to him here, absolutely fantastic. Listen to him now. Of course he has aged, but His sound today is totally from cigarettes. He cant hit a note now. If you think I am wrong, Just listen to Cat Stevens, AKA yusef. same age . and sounds no different. Bob should thank his lucky stars hes not dead yet..
He is from Detroit! I just thought you should know that.........LOL
Wiish I'd been there - my best ever singers/performers
GOSH ! That was my 4th album i bought with my pocket money in England in 1978 (i was then 11yo) for just 1 Pound, all mint and sealed ! Dad was totally crazy : it was all gone in France and no chance to get, still in our times... Just a NUGGET :)
I was actually at this show and still tell people about it!!
Me too!
